OPENING EVENING

We’re opening the door of our 31-33 Stockton Road development, three large 4 bedroom homes designed with family life in mind.

Each house is a blank canvas waiting to come to life, 2 large living areas, 4 good size bedrooms, a study/laundry room, a clothes drying roof terrace, a garden at the rear and small kitchen garden at the front.

We’re aiming to receive a 3 star rating from the ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ and we’re the only development in the area to do so. We feel very strongly that us developers should be making a serious commitment to the environment…..

….and not compromise the quality of the design of the houses.

Thanks to Ferrious who have leant us some furniture for the evening. Thanks also to Troubadour for lending some artwork and Thai Spice for providing the food.
